Wow - I wish I could go riding with you guys as it looks like you have some incredible scenery, interesting roads and "fun" water crossings. Whoohoo!! I'm getting ready to put my bike up for the winter and neither of us are very happy about that. Bu…

Dust to Dawson - ADV "Non Rally" (RT Anchorage to Dawson, Canada - solo); Denali Highway (four times, three times solo). Also rode 6,089 miles as a passenger on a BMW Adventure, from Anchorage all the way to Deming, then back up to Colorado, where I flew home from Denver. We rode through 9 states and 2 Canadian provinces, camping out most of the time. That awesome road trip turned me on to riding dual-sport motorcycles!
Dream Ride
Not sure - too many choices. But I think riding through some remote sections of the Himalayas would be awesome. I'll post a link later.

Welcome, Amy! Let us know when you come down for a ride, I guarantee you will have a good time. Just be wary of any ride that NMTrailboss describes as "an easy trail ride", or anyone named Magoo for that matter. Enjoy!
welcome to NM rider, Amy!!! too bad you can't make the Monticello ride this weekend, it's gonna be fun. One of the great things about New Mexico (southern NM in particular), is that you can definitely ride year round!!! Let us know the next time you come down to visit your mom, I could loan you my DR650 to ride!
