Wendell, what are you using to compile the vid? I was using Adobe and it had some of the same problems, switched to MS Movie maker and it's much smooth, who would have thought?

They never even looked at my XT250, just the paperwork...but it was new so I'm not sure if that was why.
Thanks, I know a VIN check is required, I can't remember if the VIN plate on the XR steering head says "FORUO". Previous VIN checks I've had done were strictly a serial number check.
