New To NM

I stumbled across this website the other night. Very cool. I'll be moving to Tijeras next week and leaving New Jersey behind (thank god). I can't wait to ride in the mountains,desert, and rocks. We don't have any of that here, only sand and scrub pines. The highest hill here in south jersey is probably a 10' levee around a cranberry bog, so I'm sure I'm in for some suprises.
Hope to meet some of you soon (some of you I've already met).

I'm not sure where you can find them in town. We usually get trials jets from Bruce Bolander at Mountain Trials Outfitters, but he lives in Vadito, NM (near Taos). Send me your email address and I can get you his phone # or I will see him this weekend at the Roswell trials event and maybe I can pick up the jet(s) you need if I know what they are.

I agree this site is sometimes hard to leave messages on, but it is a great site for photos and video. Maybe use ADVrider for comments and conversation. We did a 200 mile dual-sport ride in the Jemez Mountains north of Albuq. today. Beautiful ride. May have a trials practice day going on Thursday this week if you can get settled in in one day! Will talk to you soon.
