Ride to Cuba at Western Jemez
July 19, 2009 all day
Dual sport ride to Cuba via forest roads. Should be pretty tame, but may have some rough spots due to some exploration jaunts.
Meet at Walatowa gas station (north of Jemez Pueblo) at 9AM

- Hey Bill! Yeah, I've always got rides planned or planning. Just don't know which ones are KLR friendly for awhile. I'm doing a lot of trials and single track stuff this month. I have been thinking about a western Jemez Ride in Sept. or Oct. that you would dig. Also, may go explore the San Mateo Mtns. in Sept. for two days as well as a day ride through the Zuni's and Mt. Taylor in Oct. that you may also enjoy. If you're interested, let me know and I'll fire off emails when the time gets closer. I just got back from an 8 day 1,530 mile dual sport ride through Utah that was outstanding! Weather was good and bikes ran great. Covered most mountain ranges in the state and took 1100 photos! You been out riding anywhere lately?? CK
