gosh darn, i'm sorry to offend anyone when explainin what kind of tires i like or how to save a buck or two.sometimes one just needs to read and absorb info. from others.i just did

af,ter using all kinds of tires i have finally settled on 2 that i like.i use IRC TR8 in 300/21[dot approved] on the front of my xr600r,and my xr250r.the best tire for the rear on the 600 is michelin t63[s rated] 130/80/18.
the same t63 tire on my 2…

my box canyon ride!
weather was beautiful!roads were fantastic from start to end.
alas,the BOX after lookin at pics and readin other ride reports i was really waitin for the box to arrive.first thing into the box real deep sand and gravel mix in pretty deep water.sunk the old xr600r and myself in to the airbox.collected a sizable amount of water in the airboxand then into top end and bottom end.got it runnin and decided to see if it would clear out and cool down myself.hauled off and rode it hard for about 2 miles… Continue
